A token is the currency of WeddingRef. You spend one token to unlock the contact details of a couple in a referral listing. You earn tokens back when other photographers unlock your listings.
Do I need to pay to join?
No. The Starter plan is completely free and includes 15 tokens so you can start unlocking referrals immediately. You only pay if you want more tokens or the verified badge.
Do tokens expire?
Never. Tokens you earn or buy stay in your account until you use them.
Are collaborations free?
Yes — posting a second shooter or videographer need, and applying to one, never costs tokens. Collaborations are always free for all members.
What is the verified badge?
The verified badge confirms you are a real working photographer. It appears on your public profile and in search results. It's included in Pro and Premium plans, or earned automatically after 15 client reviews.
